The kit id get from zzp would be around four and a half.
Thats with an IC.

On a parts only budget around 8-10

Is what i want feasible?
I'd love to go s/c on this but everyones hinting a turbo.
I'd be happy with 350 to the ground.
Does anyone know Of anyone with a decent setup for something similar?

I was planning either to get mine rebuilt or buying their street/strip tranny.
What ever i can get for cheaper.

They do core charges, I'm sure you can work out something. He's a great guy to talk with and work with.

Honestly I think you would be happier with the turbo. The initial cost is higher, but at the end of the build you will have more power for the same cost I feel.

If you go the top-swap route, you are looking at much more actual engine work to get the same power, and these are tough blocks as they sit.
