Mr. Monte might be sold
I fiance is very close to striking a deal for selling his black beauty we call Mr. Monte. He will be truly missed - I feel like I want to cry. We were examining the fender tag and found out because it didn't have a number where the paint code was supposed to be, it was a special order Black. In 72 Monte Carlos didn't come in black. Here are some pics to remember him by.

Amy...NO!!!!!! That's a BEAUTIFUL monte!!! My friend from high school god rest his soul had one just like that that was his FATHER'S... beautiful car!!! but if ya need the money you need the money... did you do a background check on the person who's going to buy it?!? LOL ASK FOR REFERENCES!!! hahahaha

My fiance wants to replace it with a 69 Chevelle SS 396 Big Block he found in St Louis. The potential buyer just sold a pea green 69 Chevelle so he has most of the cash. The Monte also has a fit issue in our garage so a shorter car like the Chevelle would work out better.

just out of curiousity amy, what is the monte going to be sold for, sorry if i'm being to forward on that question! just wondering, that's all, a chevelle would be an awesome replacement by the way!! thanks
dem shame to see it go..hell od just take oit the back wall and extend it that foot just for the front end..even just a little kick out ..be a great little shelf for stuff...throw patio back there..
