Mr. Monte might be sold
My fiance is asking $17500 for his Monte. The guy is just trying to come up with another grand and the deal is done. He seems like a real nice guy and is a purest when it comes to classic cars. He is from Rockford IL so it's not going to far away.
amy, that is one beautiful monte carlo and also a beautiful chevelle!! sorry to be a jagoff for asking the price, i'm just totally amazed at the prices of those old cars and what they actually sold for back in the day!! freaking amazing, i had a 67 barrracuda that didn't get to far, only on a tow truck, but i wish i still had it today!!!
I wish we could all go back in time and order the ride we always dreamed of. I would want a 72 Hurst Olds Hardtop loaded with power sunroof, power windows, power brakes, power steering, air conditioning, power locks, dual gate shifter, buckets and console, and maybe throw in an 8 track cassette player LOL!!!!!
i'll bet a member or two, maybe three can get you that 8 track for silver or precious, bonus points at the car shows!!! see ya Amy, best of luck with your interview/job search!!
WOW! How did i miss this post. I'm saddened that is has to go, but at least you still have your MC. Are you going to ask the new owner to join MCF?
Now my 2 Montes are going to be without a big brother - I still don't know as of yet if the deal has gone through. Right now Mr. Monte is at a cruise night.
