Well yeah, but then behind you is red. When I'm in reverse, I see a nice lighted area behind me.

people around where i live and work wont notice a car backing up if the tail lights are omg freakin bright. thats why i up graded mine to the led pluse how dark my tint is as well in the dark plus limo tint yea i need some thing bright.
