I have say, besides a 4th Gen as my first choice, and obviously the 7th Gen I already have, I also wouldn't mind having a 1st Gen. I've always loved the lines and fender flares of the first generation. I'm sure some of you are aware that my Dad had one (sold it recently). That car (below) is what got me interested in the Monte Carlo in general. It was a little hard to see that car go.

Oh I know they're out there. I just don't have the cash for one right now and considering I may be moving in the not so distant future I can't take on a car payment right now.

I get that a lot. In the clouds it looks black but in direct sunlight the green pops.

Thanks guys.

I will like to add to that flat black SS, put on some nice lower springs, nice stout Turbo, and some.twenty inch flat green wheels, wide. And flat green interior. And last just make it a track/street daily car.

1973 powder Blue & white Landau With the swivel buckets and 4 barrel 350. My dream car since I knew what a car was. People say I'm weird. Whatever.

Its a tough choice but I think I would go 2nd Gen. I love the big round headlightslike the 1st gens had.

I agree, 2nd Generation looked great and the headlights were kinda sexy just staring you in the face. Of course, I'm partial to the triple black Landau with swivel bucket seats.
