Holy jumping, the last thing I would ever think of is being hit by a car inside of a costco or any store. I know I have seen some people drive thru gas stations and such on dumbest stuff on wheels, but I have been in a few costco's throughout Ontario and there is no way I can think of that someone could accidentally drive in through the doors. Like Brent stated, the entrance is on an angle and they all have the big red blockers along the front entrance for safety, and realistically none of the parking lots are easily accessible to the front door as they usually have the islands with the trees and shrubs in them in between each parking lot and a walkway.

I hope the driver of the car is charged with manslaughter or worse, my sympathies go out for the poor lady and her family, especially her newborn

This is tragic.

I know it's easy to crack some jokes, such as now there is a donor car available for parts, but I truly feel bad for the family. A young child is dead, another in critical condition along with a newborn just coming into this world. I cannot imaging the grief this family is going through at this moment.

And the question on my mind remains.... what made this lady do this?? It's clear it was not a simple accident, she had to maneuver around pylons you can see in some of the pictures. What ever her motive, no matter what she does, it will never make this family whole again.

Tough hit to take having a child aced out like that in a weird location like the inside of a Costco store, the Lord works in mysterious ways for sure.

People are stupid, glad nobody was killed. What a waste of a good car, also. This is why some people shouldn't be allowed to have nice things.

Actually there was an update to this and a 6 year old injured in the incident has died. Her sister and new born sibling are in critical condition.

The family's world got turned upside down in a split second. Trying to experience the joy of a newborn while morning the death of your oldest. This family deserves all the good that will come their way...God bless them.
