Monte Carlo Hot Wheels
To the best of my knowledge, Hot Wheels is the only model manufacturer that has all but one Monte Carlo generation depicted in some way, shape or form ... and I now have at least one of each generation! Pics are not the best, though....
1st Gen (1970)...
2nd gen (1973-5)...
3rd gen (1980)...
4th gen (1987)...
Next generation (Intimidator Concept, 1999 ... for 2000+ models)...
Group...
Other models, MC and otherwise, are here:

MC posters/brochures are here:

I've always liked Hot wheels cars and the other similar ones when I was younger...Just haven't been into much for collecting them though although I still have all mine that I was going to give to my kids..

Thanks for sharing with us Cort.
Not sure I've every seen the 2nd gen Montes from Hot Wheels? Unless you posted the info before?
I know JL made 1st gen Montes. A few 2nd gen Montes. No 3rd gens that I know of? And plently of 4th gen Montes.

Nice, I still have my 2nd gen hot wheel that I played with as a kid, and then when older I painted to match my 2nd car. It is somewhere in a box with a few others that I kept.
Thanks for posting up, nice collection.

This is great! Very nice Hotwheels collection you have there. Thanks for the pics brought back fun memories.
Has anyone noticed that the wheels on the 1999 Red/Silver Concept Hotwheels car are very similar to the Chevy 06/07 SS rims. Everytime I look at my wheels on my 06, I keep thinking I'm looking at a Hotwheels car. LOL! Wonder if Chevy based the rims off of the Hotwheels car because that came first???

RJ, I believe I have in my collection, I have a Johnny Lightening that's very similar to your 2003 Monte Pace Car. I looked hard for the 2000 black SS but all I could find was the blue/silver. I'll have to find it!

Awesome collection you have there. My fiance has a bunch of Hot Wheels from when he was a kid. Many of them are not in the best of shape.

I got two 6th gen 1/64 die cast Montes made by Maisto. A white SS and a red SS.
I've got the white Monte. But it's in a 5 pk.
I have found two new (to me) 1:64 Montes while in Michigan. Of course I grabbed them up.
