I have Baer slotted/drilled rotors, I like them but there a bit expensive...power slots are pretty decent as well...

I use to get hawk pads, but I noticed loud squeeking with brake dust and such, I now use EBC and recommend them as well.

One day I may upgrade the calipers and all but not for a while, still considering the best option to go with.

Also, I have a front STB should I get a rear one as well? I would also love to get some stripes, but 1. Don't know where to get them. 2. I'm sure they would be crooked if I put them on..lol.

Montess2k- I love your hood on your monte, where did you get it?

Got an AutoTrimDesign in your area? They can do anything with vinyl and they install it. Custom vinyl is a great and inexpensive way to take your car from ordinary to extraordinary.

On the STB thing - I don't know the specific of BMR or OE ones we're talking about here, but the principle of a solid one versus a hollow one being stronger does not hold up. This has proven repeatly true in racing: hollow is actually more rigid then solid. That being said, I'm not claiming that the BMR isn't a superior product - it likely is. But a solid bar will flex (or bend) more they a solid one of same diameter, which is an interesting phenomenon in itself.

Im quite happy with my rear bar. IMO it made more of a difference than the front one did.

The hood is from MPD1.com – Welcome to MPD motorsports performance design. Custom parts for Chevy Camaro, SSR, Trailblazer, GTO, Impala, Monte Carlo, Pontiac & Buick

There are others that look similar to this one that are less expensive, but the mpd quality is far superior.
