i like those kinds of doors. its different then just opening up the doors, hence why they made them and suicide doors

 

I'll admit- they were neat until the Fast & Furious craze hit and all the ricers started getting them.

 

+1 I think everyone likes them, and they make your car noticed, but everyone is scared theyll get crap for them lol, or they see them as being hard on their car with heavy doors so they dont... thats what I got from this thread

I just saw one of these kits for sale on Craigslist a couple weeks ago used for 500 bucks.

 

you know theres a line that has to be drawn with shsowing off. if your by yourself and just doing it to get attention thats dumb, but if you know, maybe someone asks "hey that pretty cool" and you get around to showing your car to people who are wanting to see whats up that another thing. you know what im saying>>

Yeah but that can be said for a lot of non-performance mods. Rims, graphics, etc... Just to show off your style and attract attention. Isn't that what cruising is all about? Showing off your ride?

 

Ghost riding looks like fun- on empty back roads or big parking lots. But I've seen some videos of people doing this on roads w/ other cars- and people and such (like doing it in the slow lane- or at a cruise event)- and I think that's stupid and very dangerous.
