Nope, thought that was normal. I have cat back and hv3 insert.

Found some rust on bottom of front fenders at where the ground effects meets. The both front fenders flex a bit at the bottom is that normal? Fee other spots I can grind down and repaint but will probubly put new fenders on.

Don't give up. There are many Monte SS for sale just keep on looking. It took me 6 months time find my 02. I was in a Saturn SC1. I LOVE MY MONTE!
