Hey I have been keeping my eye on Monte Carlos for a couple years now, and now that Ive decided to buy a new car Ive been looking to buy one. I was looking for a mid 90s model to buy. My only concern is how it will handle under ice because I live in Nebraska and the weather isnt very friendly. I plan on buying one wrecked to fix since its sortof me and my dads hobby.
