What do you guys think of this hood?

i dont think it looks good on a monte...........

 

I don't think it looks as good either, maybe the SS with the ground effects, I like the ram air hood from MPD better, but just putting that out there

 

i think its pretty ugly honestly

 

It looks to short. like the hood is not long enough for that style hood. also it looks like the edges of the hood are really sharp they needed to be more rounded to go with the body lines of the monte.

 

 

I've never liked cowl hoods. They do a good job sucking in clean air and getting rid of heat, but I don't like the look of them.

I think it would be OK if there were also a set of Hood Mounted Gauges. But, just plain like that seems to spoill the classic lines of the nose of the Monte. It's a matter of taste. I bet there are some that will like it. It has a distinctive look about it. But, a little overbearing for my tastes.

 

it looks alright to me... sets you out from the rest

The question you need to ask is "Does it look good to me?" Not "does it look good to you"

My rule of thumb: If you have to ask others, the answer is no. I mean... these ricers you see... if they posted here we would be "that looks like crap, don't do that"... but it looks and sounds good to somebody, and they are happy with their rides.

So... does it look good to you? (I gave you my opinion if you really want it... first sentence.)
