Default Lil Deuce is fixed!!!

Ok very simplistic problem and I feel D U M B

There is a secondary little grounding wire that come off the main Negative battery cable.

This cable was not grounded, the threads on the bolt that hold it to the frame of the car where rusted, and of course the frame is painted. The only source of grounding are the threads. Dealer put a new bolt in and the
Lil Wench was happy as a clam.

Put this one in your note books guys/gals

At least you only had to pay a tow bill, and not a serious maintenance bill.

Glad to hear it's fixed up!

WOW!!! Don't feel dumb man, sometimes it's easy to overlook something so simple (we've all done it, and we'll all do it again sometime).

As Chibi said, at least you just had to pay the tow, nothing more.

Tadd:
Like everyone else has already said... Don't feel dumb... I feel like an idiot... after all the other ideas and opinions offered.... That never even crossed my mind.... Granted... like you said.. its painted. so obviously there was no way to see if there was any sign of anything wrong at that end of things.
Just happy to know shes back up and running as well in tip top shape!

That's certainly one for the books !!!

Reminder to self...
Check Ground cable.. (Both ends)

Glad it worked out. It's crazy little crap like that that'll kill you. Weird that even the ignition key locked over it
