Default Leaving the Monte Carlo world

Well guys our 99 Z34 has just over 200,000 miles on it now. We are going to sell it because with that many miles its not ideal to be DDing 200-250 miles a week, it will make someone a great work/school car. We are getting a killer deal on an 07 Grand Prix GXP so we will still have a W body in the driveway. It will be sad to see it go since it has been a great car but we are getting a good deal on the new car and don't have the room for 4 cars at our place, believe me I tried that. I will get it all cleaned up and take some farewell pics of it and probably drive it back and forth to work until it sells. Also don't worry it will be sold not sent to the junk yard or scrapper.

Here is the trusty Monte with a 3800, leather, power everything and sunroof

Here is the dealer pic of the new ride(signing papers Monday). It's a little hotrod, 5.3 with paddle shifters

Hey, goodluck with the new ride! You're always welcome here, so don't be a stranger, let us know how you like the Pontiac. Thanks

Good luck!!! 200K isn't too bad on the 3800, but a good deal on a GXP is killer!!!

Just be careful with that transmission.

Well 200,000 miles is my goal and has been since I got my Monte... so you're my new role model for taking one to 200,000, we know it can be done now!

I use a '94 Grand Am (with a 3100) as a daily driver. That ride's got over 200K driving strong! The 3800 is more superior then my 3100 Grand Am, so I'm sure if the next owner continues proper maintenance, it should be a great deal as you said!
