Thanks everyone for your help. I was hoping someone could shine some light on this subject (no pun intended). I know they're 'supposed' to be brighter, but I've never heard of anyone that had them before. I'll just replace the low and high beams for now. It doesn't seem that the foglights are really that big of a deal. Thanks again everyone. Keep up the good work.
