it would be a great resto car but i will make sure the frame is in good shape as in no cracks or heavy rust. i would see if year one has interior and the fendor for it then go threw the body and go from there after you get the frame back from the body shop. what i mean have them media blast it and powder coat it. it is a good prodject because i dont see alot of that gen's on the road and loved. i hope you will deside.

That may be a good starting point if the price is right. I had a friend who was restoring a classic muscle car and in his hunt for parts found a better convertible the same year so he bought that and swapped everything over to it. Good luck it will be a labor of love and seem never ending.
