I really wish I had a place like that for a track day. Newton speedway here in Iowa used to have tons of events...now that NASCAR bought the track they don't let anyone in for fun stuff like that.

Exactly how it always seems to work...Mother nature gets your hopes up high and crushes them over night

It feels like a long one this year. Granted we only had a couple decent sized snow storms which is very unusual. It has just been bitterly cold.

I'm with you, car season is about on us for sure. I actually kept mine out and pretty near drove it all winter. Hardly no snow here ever and really mild temperatures, skated by this year. Hope you all have a great car show season!!

The 68 was a joint purchase between my father and I, we both spend our money modifying and toying with it, taking it to shows and such. It was purchased knowing that I would assume 100% ownership when he gets older, so we both had to make sure we loved the car before purchasing it. We were torn between a 1st gen Camaro and a Box Nova. Ultimately though, we though the Camaro was the better buy.

For now it is sitting in the garage, covered, waiting for the nice weather.

You got to experience boost season in it's full! I would have given about anything for decent weather this winter. Hope you have a good one too. Hopefully one day I get to see yours at a show.

Very nice. That is really cool to do that with your dad. I don't think you can go wrong with a 60s camaro and will be a fun cruiser for this summer.
