IGN advance retarded going uphill

Default IGN advance retarded going uphill
Is it normal for IGN advance to drop in the low teens to single digits going uphill?

I'm not 100% sure, but since the load is higher when going uphill, it may very well pull some timing. I don't go WOT much these days, much less up a hill.
