im fairly certain somewhere down the line, the demographic that appreciates this "style" will look back and wonder, how much more money were we paying in gas mileage for creating a monster truck that couldn't actually go off-road ???
everyone has the right to do what they want, that doesnt mean however we have to like it ... or not laugh uncontrollably when you drive away ... or when one of your rims pops off ... that would have been a sight to see
it is sad however that so many monte's are bought with the intention of doing this ... but then again, as cool as the old lowriders were ... it was always sad to know that an impala/ caprice/ monte/ riveria/ cutlass had to be sectioned and cut up to make it look that cool ...
edit: the whole stick on louvers thing is so popular in chicago, you can almost tell who owns the car just by seeing what stick on **** they bought from autozone

Definition of Diversity
The concept of diversity encompasses acceptance and respect.
It means understanding that each individual is unique,
and recognizing our individual differences. These can be along
the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs,
political beliefs, automotive choices & designs or other ideologies. It is the exploration
of these differences in a safe, positive, and nurturing environment.
It is about understanding each other and moving beyond
simple tolerance to embracing and celebrating the
rich dimensions of diversity contained within each individual on the Monte Carlo Family, and
in our World.

I can't believe there's more then one Monte with rims like that!! I saw one on my morning commute, similiar set up. I shook my head in disgust. All the money to RAISE that car on those rims, and MY opinion was "Ugly" and "Money that could have gone into sweet performance mods".....
