Hey guys, so I just started thinking, we all have seen the common problems with the 5th, 6th and 7th gens. But im curious what you think is the MOST common issue, that one that when you read someone describing the symptoms you know exactly what is going on? IMO its the coolant elbows on the 3800 decaying and leaking. Iv never seen someone say they have never had this issue.

Im also curious what you think the least common issue is, something you had but havent really seen someone else have. Mine was the issue I solved recently that was caused by my leaking coolant elbows in which the plug in my interior wiring harness had burned out during to being soaked in dex cool.

 

Least issue is opening the door to the car, ahaha.

 

I got 99 problems becuase I own 3 Ford's and no Monte Carlo's!

Most common is the they discontinued the car !! least common for me at least selling this car I don't see it happening ay time soon
Seriously I would say the BCM is got to be up there !!

 

ABS Wheel speed sensors, MAF, TPS, and coolant elbows, I think are the most common problems I see popping up on here.

That and a smaller than average aftermarket industry for our cars I know there is stuff out there, but not like for the Camaro's or Mustangs, and yes I know it is a matter of supply and demand but still, it would be nice to have a lot of different options for us to choose from

Transmissions are the most common on our cars for being worst part on them.
Unmatched sexy looks 6th and 7th gens have is our least problems.

 

MOST common: Pass-Lock system! It's like something else Everyone has! It Stinks!

Tilt Wheel stops tilting!

LEAST common: Bad MAS causing Aftermarket Auto Start not to work!
