I just happened to notice your car was almost as much as the Pace car was new. It was $28,000,00 something.



I even saved the enticements the dealership sends me wanting to buy my '06 back. You know. "Cause they have a demand for good used cars, and they want to help me out."
(good for them)

I saved the receipts any time the car when to the shop. The first 30 day tag it got. The temp tag it got when my parents bought the custom tags, and even the recent recall notice.

 

I'm also a receipt saver.

 

Woo you guys are packrats too! Yeah I keep all my stuff in safe places or nicely displayed.

I listened to the CD and it's a little cheezy, but it gives the features of the car with out having to shuffle through the owners manual. It was good for a one-time listen to anyway.

 

I also keep just bout everything for my Monte. I have the window sticker and almost all of the maintenance receipts, just missing 1 or 2 but I'm sure they're around the house somewhere.

 

I found my window sticker with all the tags and the CD that
came with the car when the original owner bought it. She was
careful to keep all of that stuff. Awseome ! I bought this car
for around $13,000.00 with close to 57k on it. I was shocked
when I realized how much it sold for originally !
I also keep all my service tickets and any related with the
exception of Oil Changes. Documentaion....documentation...and
more documentation is really helpful when resale happens.

That's cool! It's fun to compare options, prices and other figures on our window stickers! If anyone else has their sticker, scan it and post it up!

 

I'd be glad to post the one for the '03 Pace car and the '06 LTZ. But after the virus I can't get the scanner to communicate with the computer?
