1) Necessary Work (Things that went bad and you replaced)
2) Performance/Aftermarket Work (The things like the rims, Radar Detectors, CAI, and the real nice things you hide from your wife)
3) Maintenance and Care Care (tire shine, soaps, waxes... the nickels and dimes)

necessary work= engine and tranny and exhaust, and steering components ect.. 2180+1000+800+350+1000 *give or take a few bucks*= 5330
performance/aftermarket work= wheels, bodywork, new headlights, taillights, underbody kit ect... 400+600+150+20+50+500 *give or take* = 1720
maintenance and car care= give or take another 500

grand total

7550 give or take, ill go thru my recepits and get a more accurate number for you

 

I won't even try, I know I have over $19,000 worth of stuff in my car. Rims alone were $5,500
Iwill have too look at the break down when i get home. I just ordered a MPD hood too. ouch...
and i just put on new Toyo's this weekend, $612.00 tires, $50 mount and balance. That will add some to
the list... I could have bought a damn BMW... hahah

wow, i feel poor now... lol. lets see, $9500 for the car in March 2007. $225 for a compressor going bad in May, but I put it in myself, $500 in the exhuast system, maybe $50 in wax, soap, tire shine and hte such. so, oh, $10,500 if i'm very liberal with the total?

 

I would say just over $600 in aftermarket stuff that I've bought, gonna spend about 1.2k in the spring for new wheels and tires for the summer. About $50 for stuff not covered by warrenty which is up now And a couple hundred in washes.

if it makes you guys feel better, i'm planning on getting a CAI from K&N (for looks as well as power, sense i go to car shows a bit) and getting the comptuter retuned for $250 in Durham soon.

 

Let's see... Alittle over $400.00 for Dynamax cat back exhaust, K&N CAI approx $240.00 and UBend delete approx $90.00 installed. Then graphics - approx $450.00 installed, so about $1200.00
