How much longer will you ?
I know this is going to sound cliche, but I'm going to keep the monte forever-seriously.
Here's my reasoning:
-She was my first car (got her when I was 15, almost 16)
-Completely paid for (duh, its a 96)
-Resale value for the car sucks, I've probably got as much money in wheels/tires as KBB lists for private party value (and probably 4-5x that in engine mods), so it wouldn't make sense to sell it without a massive demod that would lead to me losing a ton of money on used aftermarket parts
-Its unique; there are probably 5 or 6 running whipple supercharged 3800s, there are probably 15-20 L67 swapped 5th gen montes out there, there is only 1 whippled 5th gen- so I can be sure that any track or car show I go to- that no one else will have the same powertrain/car as me (try saying that about the group of 25-30 LS1 camaro's at the drag strip last time, lol)
-I love the attention driving around in a loud, cammed car- especially when its from a car that most people wouldn't expect to have a big cam
-I've already got two pretty low mileage DD's, so I don't have to put BS mileage on the monte commuting to work, driving in rain/snow, etc- so mileage is limited to just fun cruising

X2 Since my first Camaro ordered fell through last month for a couple of reasons I will wait until next summer when interest rates go down and discounts finally apply.
