had since oct 2000, new have no intentions of selling it.

No idea, I'd like to keep it for quite awhile but I'll have to see how everything plays out. I'll keep it through college for sure, so a few more years at the very least.

i was at the dealer the other day and thats when I realized they were not making Monte Carlo's any more

This is my first car, and I've realized what I like(more power) and the 3.1 just doesnt have enough of it, so I might trade up to something withe the 3.8l with super charger, or branch off from the M.C, but I have to say out of all the forums I've been on this has been one of the most helpful, and pleasent places to be over other sites. I'm going to hold on to my car till the summer of 2011 at least.

My goal is to never trade in a car, just start my own little collection, slowely working up lol.

I can't really vote because I have different intentions for my 2 Montes. The 03 I plan on keeping until the car falls apart LOL. The 05 I will probably keep for about 4 more years and sell it and get something different like a new or old muscle car.

i plan on keeping her for along time. traded in 3 cars i wish i still had, not making the same mistake!
