There are some super fast Civic's out there, but also faster Monte Carlo's (lol)

Have you seen the specs of civics? They have incredibly low torque and the newer si civics barely break 0-60 in 6-7 seconds....

If a person has the time + $ + skills (?) they can make anything
go faster.
Like the above posted `Vid on the Civic that did the
