my neighbor is parking his 1987 monte carlo ss over 2 years since i move here, i came over today and asking if want to sell it, and he say mabe, let me check out the car, he say the car cant crank cause the battery die, but he did drove a little bit 4 month ago,

heater core crack so he reround the hose
headliner is need to be redone
t-top properly leak
interior is clean, no ordor smell,
exhualt properly need to be replace
some one back on the driver side door and leave about 2 inch deep

I check the tranny fluid and it red, engine oil is golden color.

what you guy think I should offer him ? thanks
