I'm pretty sure I've had around 4. That doesn't mean I've paid for 4 though! ;-)

 

I've gotten pulled over many times but have only gotten one ticket. I got the ticket at like 1am on a country road, no other cars in sight, doing 74 in a 55. State patrolman made me sit in his cruiser and asked me a bunch of questions about where I was from and where I was going, probably trying to smell my breath to see if I had been drinking.

I've been pulled over for no front license plate twice on the firebird and speeding 2 other times in the firebird. Got pulled over for following someone too closely in the camaro when I was behind someone going UNDER the speed limit and I was trying to get to a movie.

I got pulled over doing 82 in a 45mph construction zone in PA and got off with just a warning thank god, man I was shaking, thought I was going to lose my license for sure. It was right after 9-11 and he saw my dog tags hanging from my mirror and I always kept my drivers license under my military ID so they always see that first. I think those have gotten me out of a lot tickets.

 

4 tickets in my last 30 years of driving. Should be a dozen more with my lead foot and all.

 

Got pulled over today for following a state trooper too closely. Only got a warning though.

 

About 4 or 5. All but 1 have been in my monte (and i've only had it since june!). The cops in my town are major a$$ holes redjects from other departments. Now i go and alternate route home.

btw, i have no front plate, illegal tint, and don't wear a seatbelt. and i know i get profiled cus i have dreads. that's part of why i get pulled over.

I really don't speed hardly ever anymore- I always leave myself plenty of time that I can drive the limit. Thats not to say I don't occasionally race- but its pretty rare.

More then I choose to remember, had my license suspended a few times due to the accumlated points, all for the lead foot syndrome...

I've had about three tickets in my lifetime ....so far.
1. Rear ended a 69 Bonneville with my 85 Cavalier. OUCH !
2. Cut through a parking lot to avoid a stop light. $250.00
3. Speeding outside of Hot Springs. 2004 ? $200.00

 

Crazy, I was gonna post about this today. I just left court for a searbelt ticket. Ive had I think 6 ticket, one of which was for speeding. The other 5 have been for no seatbelt which I ALWAYS wear. I get pulled over all the time for this and usually they see I have it on and let me go. The other times I go into court with my wife and with her as a witness, they are forced to dissmiss it HAHA. Anyway, I was gonna ask if anyone else has this problem with cops not seeing your seatbelt??
