I guess I'm confused why are you running 93? Mods?

It's 17 gallons, you can maybe get another gallon in it, if fuel gets in the system and counting the filler neck, but probably not more than that.

ive run mine way passed the e and got numerous low fuel chimes and never ran out. took almost 17 gallons. i discussed this with a member on here a while back and he had said hed put 18 in regularly. he also said he had ran it bone dry and it took 20 or so. im sure that the light is just a warning and comes on when you have a gallon or 2 left. ive also run it extremely low or so i thought and pumped almost 16 gallons only to have it overflow.

You shouldn't run the tank low, bad for the fuel pump

I came close to doing the same thing. Light came on 17 miles from work and I was late. Drove rest of the way to work and filled up after I got off. put 18+ gallons in to fill it up. was not 19 but 18 and some change. never ran it completely out tho. it is 3.59 a gallon here for 93 octane. thats why I skimp sometimes and get 89 when bank acount gets a little low. but when your spending $65 every 5 days on gas it adds up. I have put 10k miles on my intimidator since mid march. It is looking like a 30k+ year unless I move closer to work and the $3-4 dollars a tank I save adds up. Alot of useless info not thread related sorry.
