I voted c but probably should've been d. Overall it's in good shape with two or three of dings/nicks but the hood needs repainting - it's faded. BUT it has a new battery, bcm, coolant, and hazard light switch LOL .....and no radio for now.

I gave mine option B, it needs a good detailing and it would be near perfect. I do have a FEW minor chips on the front of the hood, but they are all fixable with a touch up pen. Otherwise I am dent and scratch free (and it better stay that way 
). People tell me all the time (when my car is clean) that my car looks new inside and out. Jaws drop when people hear that it has well over 100K.

I think mine is between A and B, but I voted A because I rounded up 
Compared to other cars I've owned, my Monte is PERFECT (excluding the mod bug I currently have and an itching to scratch).

Sideswipe over LR wheel well
Evidence of violent tow incident on rear bumper cover.
Passenger seat wear is more than drivers (??)
These issues helped me get the car for a good price. If an opportunity comes along to fix the bumper & side swipe I'd fix them. I'd rather seize an opportunity to acquire another Monte in a few years.
