Hi,
So yall say that its easy to change the brakes on monte carlos.... i have a 2006 Monte Carlo 6cyl 3.9L How easy would it be to change the front brakes myself? I've changed brakes before but Im so not looking forward to how much its gonna cost if i take it to a shop and have them change it. I know its gonna be an arm and a leg and at this point in time in my life i cant afford neither an arm or a leg to get them changed. Ive also looked on youtube for videos on how to change them but i cant find any for my year make an model. Only thing i seen was for bake brakes, nothing for front brakes.

If you have seen videos on how to change brakes , just transfer that information to your Monte Carlo. Most cars use the same design set up on calipers. If you're unsure you can get a bookbag the parts store about $15 or go to the library and check out a Haynes manual for your car..It has all the information your looking for to fix your car.
