Question hood pad

Can anyone with a first-gen monte measure their stock hood insulation pad and tell me what the overall dimensions are? I would like to see if I can modify one for use on my 69 Chevelle. Thanks!

This forum is more populated with people of newer Monte Carlos.

You could try montecarloclub.com/discuss as they have a lot more older generations.

Thanks for the heads-up....I saw the first gen on the webpage, so I thought this forum covered all generations. I will try that site.

We cover everything, but we can only be as diverse as what the members own. And the folks that own the earlier generations just aren't as active.
