Well its official. I am a new home owner. I closed on my townhouse on tuesday. I have already started painting and such, getting it ready to move in. Pictures are worth a thousand words so ill let them do the talking. Its a 2 bedroom 1 bath split level entry with a garage. Check it out and tell me what you think.

 

Such narrow garage for such huge doors? I suggest running a rubber strip all the way across the side of the wall on both sides of the car. House looks amazing though, be sure to put up after pics!

It's nice that it has a garage and a deck too.
Definitely need to put some stategically placed mats or pieces of rubber onthe walls of the garage though.

 

Oh yeah, the garage does need some door protectors. Its actually wider than it looks, but since its so deep, it makes it look narrow, but the doors do still hit the walls. The good thing is, there is a ton of room at the back for a workbench and tools and such. It just needs some florescent lights so you can see better.

The whole place needs a little TLC but only stuff like cleaning and painting and changing a few faucets. Everything else is in good shape and ready to move in. Im real excited to get in there. I have been over there every evening since tuesday and ill probably be there all weekend working.

 

Something is missing, and it's a grill on that deck!
