how much is the house??? cuz a house like that up here would be about 400,000$$$

 

Ya Wiz, the old house is too small. The master bed room is large but the other 2 bedrooms are 10X10s. The kitchen is a good size but the living room and dining room are tiny and there is no basement. The garage is very small, we are luck to get both of our Montes in there (but barely you can hardly walk in there). And I would have to back my Monte out if my Fiance needed to get any tools out of his roll cabinets.

The price for the new house was only 308,000 and yes it's probably worth 400,000.
