Hey guys!
I haven't been around much so I will tell you the reasons. Someone quit at my work and another guy went on a 2 week vacation. So it's just me and one other person (my manager) running the department. I work in the grahics/printing industry as a pre press operator - basically fixing digial files and getting them ready to print and also printing proofs. It is a very stressful field to say the least.

Then, we sold our house and had a very difficult time with the buyer with having to get a 2nd appraisle and renegotiaing the price (which delayed our packing 1 whole week). So closing is Aug 17th and I have less than 2 weeks to pack up the whole house - it's been very crazy.
Here are some pics of the old house. It's a very nice house that is in move in condtion but it was too small for us.



Here is a pic of the new house.

It has a 3 car garage with very high celiings so we can put lifts in it so all of our babies (our cars) don't ever have to live outside. It also has a full basement for storage (which the old house had non of) We basically have to start over from scratch with getting paint on the walls and upgrade all of the appliances. We got an awesome deal on this house because the housing market is very bad right now so we already have instant equity in it. It's going to be a rough couple of weeks but in the end we will have one incredible house.

Man that sure looks like a nice house you're moving in to. Mind if I move in next door? I promise I'll keep my 15 cars in my yard. Welllllllllll........... maybe?

 

 

Space, probably my Monte is quicker, but modded Mini Cooper S's with CIA, exhaust, and pully kit for the Supercharger, it might be a close race but I know the Monte has alot more torque and the Monte accelerates quicker and smoother because the Cooper is drive by wire.

space, the housing market is very bad here and the house we bought was vacant for 6 months - a company ownes it and relocated the family out of state and they wanted to dump it, so we got it for very cheap $308,000.

My sister's husband and brother-in-law have lifts in their garage. They keep their vintage Ferrari and 911 turbo on them. Makes them hard to rip-off.

Yeah, thanks for calling it a small house. Here I am in an 80,000 house that is less than 800 square foot. Thank God I have a good basement.
