Can anybody tell me what they think this sound might be???

 

Jeez, where do you think it's coming from. Could that be a heat shield on the exhaust

 

It sound like a piston but I'm not sure an this will be the 3rd motor

are all the plug wires on in the correct order? That sounds nasty......

 

Quit running it like that or you will be buying an engine for sure.

Start my manually rotating the engine with a breaker bar. Listen to see if you hear grinding inside the bellhousing.

 

It sounds to me like the flex plate hitting the inspection cover...maybe a bolt is coming out of the torque converter hitting it also! Pull the inspection cover off.. Look inside..i think you'll be surprised by what you find...Sounds like the flex plate is cracked!!!
What were you doing when it started making that sound?
Probably something that should not be done...
Neutral slam?
Reverse drive wholeshot?
Getaway spin?
Stuck? Power reverse,drive (rocking)Does it grind at start up?(like grinding rocks?)

 

That don't sound like a bearing. Turn the engine over by hand ans see if you can find the issue that way. Is it in time this time? Being out of time can cause a lot of parts to smash each other. I would check compression as well.
