Default A/C hot at idle, helppppp

I have a 97 Monte Z34. I have replaced the compressor, condensor, A/C lines, dryer, orifce, fan relays, and A/C relays and presure switch. We pulled vacuum and charged with no leaks. The car cool down in the 30's while driving but at a stop light or in traffic the temp rises to high 70's. I have replaced everything except the evaporator. I do not suspect it because of the cool temps while driving. Any suggestions? Fans seen to be working fine. I did notice if I jumper two wires on the pressure swith the fans go into super high mode which does not happen under normal conditions.

Replaced the thermostat and still have the problem at idle. I'm not having the acceleration issue talked about in the above link but I will try it tonight. I've replaced everything including radiator, T-stat and hoses. Any more suggestions??

I've tried everything I know except the evaporator. Does anyone think it could be the culprit? would this cause it not to cool at idle? Maybe it is partially clogged. Any more suggestions?
