HELP...Good deal? Need to make sure

Ask if they will go as low as $12k, and if they say no, ask if they will complementary change and flush the fluids for you (if it's a GM Dealership) including the coolant and supercharger oil.

Thanks for the replies guys. Honestly I was looking at Acura RSX's, but when I went to the dealer I fell in love with this car. And it is def. affordable.
It is only $1,000 more than the RSX and has less miles. There is no comparison in my book.
It is at a Ford Dealership, but I am going to try to see if they will go down to $12k. They do protect the engine for life and offer free oil every 4th change.

Just be sure that you change the supercharger oil, and get the coolant flushed. There's a good chance neither of those things were done yet.
And the Dexcool definitely needs a good flushing every few years, supercharger oil should be every 25-30K

I too would ask for 12k and make sure air condition works etc. Also check to see if there is any burnt out light bulbs in the dash/radio. I bought a one owner 05SS with 59k highway miles back in Feb 09 and the radio lights and climate control lights are burnt out. A pain in the butt to get fixed cause you have to tear apart the whole dash and solder new bulbs in.

does that one have the intimidator floor mats? because i only got the paper floor mats lol. and also ask for certificate of authenticity. one more thing, these cars are known for the dash gauges sticking or acting up, drive it around and see if all your gauges work, luckily i caught mine on time and got em to fix it.
