Hi Manny,
Did you check your fuses ? My friend had a similar problem
and it was a blown fuse.
Oh, I hope you treated your gas with additives to prevent it
from jell'in up : (
I'm not a tech, and I hope another member post their thoughts.
Good Luck Manny,

Hi Manny,
[&:]Get out your Owner's Manuel & Go to the index
& look for Fuses
[&:](It will show location & should show a fuse chart &
what fuses are for what operation.)
If you don't have your book, you can go to a place like Auto Zone
& they will check it for you. `Free : )
I hope that other members with more knowledge will response to your post
for additonal information. Manny, be patience....we have
many members with a lot of tech knowledge & I'm sure they will assist.
Good Luck

It doesn't work on any speed? It's not likely that it would freeze unless some water got into there.

My '01 had 2 speeds go out. It had a multi-resistor block go bad way up under the dash. I replaced it with an epoxy encased block. I blamed it on my stereo.
My '04 is not the same style. It is a reostat control instead.
This doesn't sound like that to me, but for reference, that was a pain in the *** to replace.

I looked at the wiring diagram for the blower motor circuit, and it looks as if the blower motor resistor can fail in a certain spot to cause the blower to not work on any speed. I would still check the fuse to start... if water got in and froze the motor and you tried to turn it on, it could have caused an increase in amperage to blow the fuse. If the fuse is good, get a test light (or a DVOM if you have one) and make sure you have power going to the motor.
