i've gotten 120 with mine on a short strip of highway in the middle of the night. i wanted to go even faster but i was coming up on my exit and i would have had to go at least 10 miles before the next exit so i had to let off lol. it was amazing but not fast enough for me =p i wasnt too concerned bout my tires since mine have ones that can handle the speed, i was more concerned about animals jumping out in front of me. not too sure what the limit is on the 06 but i personally thought all cars had the g.limit on em

 

ive pegged the 140 mark ive got speed rated tires so im not worried about it & ive nvr had a tune on this car yet

 

i dont think the ss models have govenors. lol i dont know why because i think they have the same bottom of the barrel ls II's on them. dont get me wrond goodyear makes a good tire but the stockers arent one of them. i got my car with 17,000 on it and those were the first to go. i only have a 3.5 and would burnout at every stoplight w/o trying. lol
