Speed Governor

What is the speed governer set at for a 2002 Monte Carlo LS? I thought it was in the upper 110's range, but I could only get it to 105 on a backroad.

Mine always use to slow down around 105 and would inch up to 110-115.

Mine is gone now thanks to Hypertech...
