Default Goths monte update

Mmm so heres what's new, the monte making some slow progress.
I don't want to ruin it so read on.



Did a little advertising at a swap meet with wifes car.



New brake job done on my s10 if. I got to drive it today and damn im getting a set for the
Monte.

Finally



I guess there for the l67 I may sent em back for the l36s

If you want alimunimum valve covers for an L36, get a set of late 4th gen F-body L36 valve covers like I did. They are the ONLY factory L36/3800 valve covers that are alunimum. Clean them, polish them and then clear them and put them on!
I had to overcome a small detail with the spark plug holder (piece of cake).

Yes, those valve covers are for L67's only. You can tell from the extra "dips" that the valve covers have. Those are there to make room for the fuel injectors which go into the heads, instead of the LIM like L36's.

Do what The_Maniac said. Get some F-body valve covers and polish them up.

zjerry's engine bay looks very nice.
