Got mine done today, its a little black clip that clips two spark plug wires together right above the header. Look close!!!

Oh and I love how GM doesn't fix it the right way and just covers it up... no wonder they are going bankrupt and everyone is turning to import cars.

Just for entertainment purposes the recall notice for the Pace car arrived with the mail yesterday.

It was at least a month ago the local Chevy dealer called to have the car brought in.

Oh well. Better late then never I guess?

I plan to keep the recall notice with the car.

I got the recall taken care of today. I too am going to keep the recall letter with all of the other paper work I save, and I save it all! Talk about well documented. Too bad they don't hide build sheets in newer cars.

I was talking to Kevin about this recall the other day. He tells me he got a letter in the mail the other day.

I got my letter the other day too. Guess I ought to go get it taken care of.
Only took them 7 years to realize there was a problem and then they put a bandaid on it instead of fixing the reason for the oil leak.

I had mine done as soon as I bought the car last week. Dealer even gave me a free carwash, which butchered my last one and left water spots everywhere because I didn't have a microfiber towel with me. Pwn. I guess it was thoughtful though.

There was another recall on my car involving the coolant system and some bolts, but it had expired. It was never done.
