A. With Uncle Obama in control ALL GM vehicles will now be worth ZIP! Including the older Classics & Collector cars.
B. ANY...... time the government get's their mits in to something, they screw it up. No exceptions.
C. Is there room in Canada for a guy who owns 8 Chevies?

If GM had taken some ques from Furd they wouldn't need a bail out. Neither would Mopar.

They officially call it an "actuator." But it is a little motor that spins until it pulls a plastic attachment that slowly pulls the metal latch that holds the trunk closed. There is a spring in the "actuator" that returns the plastic doohickey back to its original position after actuating the latch. Technically, it doesn't seem to function like a typical solenoid (but it might be). I plan to tear the old one apart and check out how it got stripped.

something had to break. GM has been a mess for a very long time. Is Wagoner the only problem no but hes a start.... Plus my 06 Monte is JUNK.... 34k out of wtty trans has been opened up 4x (still not right), oil pan, oil pan gasket, ft crank seal and rear main all replaced plus the radio has a mind of its own still not fixed now out of wtty.............
