found out some thing interesting today
well i found out my monty was built back in 06/06/2006 has a hevy duty police pacage suspention explains when i got the sway bar kit from gm parts direct i didnt need to put it on because it was the same thing i took of side bt side they were the same size. it has the 4t65ehd it was supose to have the 4t65e 2.86 gear type of trans but it has the other one. i dont know why they did it but they did. also explanes why it is a little faster than my neghbors befor he did his intake and different things. i dont think i will tutch the computer on getting a can tune for it. other thing when i got the bcm fixed well it rests around 118 i did it once didnt know it went that high after the bcm change wont go that fast dad was in the hospital needed to go there quick. i know it needs two struts but dont know what type they used because it didnt have a part number exept a code. i know the dealer wont give me a replacement type due to it not being a police car it was scheduled to be one but it ended up lost in translation. or the paperwork got mest up or sent to the wrong place. i am glad when i seen it at the dealers i had to have it. but i am glad it didnt have the extra harnesses for the lights and for the intereor computer for the police laptop. man i wish i had that stuck in traffic or a really bad rain go on the internet :P. but on the build data it was 26 of a thousand that were made that way. i think i have a odd ball but it is mine

it seems to be a sting type or some thing not to be noticed. as in the stereo type of police car. what i noticed is it was ment to be for the state for speed traps and accedent investigators. the only thing i dont like about it is how freaking hard the seats are. but i am glad that it has the umph but just wish it had the 3800 in it at least but i am not mad. just need to get a fuel pressure regulator because when the fuel pump ironicaly went it created to much pressure in the system i am guessing when it went that the fuel pressure isnt opining it properly. i already tested it the fuel presure before and after. the after mark is jumping all around when i did four tests, one read out way to high the next way to low the third was not reading dont know how then reading normal. when testing i also checked the fuel pressure going to it to get a base it is consistant. it seems to be my sputer now. but i am glad that i dont have to do much to the suspention other than getting new struts because it is bouncing when i have one or more in my monte
