well i think the monte carlo might be coming back but it might be on the impalla platform or the two door cadilac rwd frame. if it goes on the impalla frame it will be a two door type but it will be the size of the impalla. if it goes on the cadillac frame design the ss will have the majority of the features of the cady but rwd also it might come with a 3.6 rwd lt there is going to be two destinct types of it instead of multipuls of the monte's like ls lt lt1 and the ss. he did say it was foolish on the new design of the montes like the 6th gen to 7th be front wheel drive. because people who came in to get one was turned away from it but there was a little sales do to it. he said it was the start of the fall of sales when the comaro was discontinued for so long and the change up of the montes in the gens he said the fans of the monte's will probably be happy of the design it is in the works of the new design and it is still talks. i will be happy if it comes true

Not a surprise they would talk about bringing it back. It's a popular name with a great heritage! Question remains, who long does GM talk about it vs doing it (GM talks for a LONG time and then after it passed it's prime of interest releases the car, like the SOlstice and return of the Camaro, sales would have been stronger had it not been talk for like 3 years).

If they do bring it back I would hope that they re-introduce it differently than the camero. they had the camero in the concept stage soo long it was old news when it finally hit the market. (Also an afordable price)

yeah, but i really feel like this is probably a rumor. i mean, dont get me wrong. it would be awesome if it wasnt, but i dont see it happening anytime soon. but, i got 2 years left to pay on my Monte. if i hear anything promising within those 2 years, then ill wait instead of buying a Challenger.
