The S/C 3800 in the Monte has 240 hp.

Which car uses the engine cover in that picture? Don't recall seeing any S/C 3800 Montes with that cover.

 

I also thought the 3.8 s/c was rated at 241 hp? I could be wrong though.

 

No, that picture is the 3800 Series III engine which has 260hp

 

Sorry to nit-pick. But no Monte came equipped with the 3800 series III engine from the factory.

The 6th gens used the series II 3800. The 7th gens used the 3.5 litre, the 3.9 litre, and the 5.3 litre engines.

Perhaps some may have done an engine swap.

 

Aw damn . Oh well, time to make some changes. I'll be deleting this thread and be making a new one with the updated decals. I think it looks good even though I photoshopped it.
