3rd Gen ('78-'80): Electric Hidden License Frame Kit
#1
Electric Hidden License Frame Kit
Good afternoon!
I live in a state (IA) where a front license plate is mandatory. Since my recent restoration on my 3rd Gen, I've not had it on. I've not been pulled over..... yet. So, I'm trying to find an alternative. I found one from Speedway Motors. It is a Electric Hidden License Frame Kit. The PN is: 91050149. Has anybody put one on a G-Body? Pictures? Video? Thoughts? Is it worth the $300?
Thanks,
Russ

Bill,
I live a bit West of you out in the country around Perry. I do spend a little time in Cedar Falls. Becky's parents are from there. In Sept, I help DJ the AmVets car show. I would bring my car, but I normally leave that aft for a work trip and can't. There are a lot of good car shows including the 4th Street Cruise in May. I occasionally make it up to that as well.
Later!
