One of the best thing to do is. If you have to take it some place. Check out a few things. The Labor rate per hr. Some where between $90.00 to around $110.00. Check and see if the dealer just might be a tad cheaper on somethings. Some shops will give you a loner. Or drop you off & pick you up. Also how long do they thing they will have the car ? How many in front of you. Things like that make a difference.. Depending on when you need you car back.

Goodyear " Gemini" Tire store also do work on cars. When I 1st got my Chevelle. The rear lug nuts. Two I couldn't get off. So I took it to them. We had to pull the Axle out of the rear end. Then weld the back of the stud to get the nuts off. talk about a job. In the process he tack welded all the nuts so they won't spin when your trying to take of your wheel. If I was on the freeway & that happened. I would have been screwed!! Thank God I was in my driveway. Taking off my wheel to clean behind them. Glad I caught it when I did. Plus the owner lent me his car to go get lunch. Since It was taking a while. Also nice of him to let me help out with this. My daughter now goes to him for her oil & tires. Nice people

All my own work, i've done everything from your run of the mill oil change tire rotation to pulling apart a trans and putting back together even tho it was an auto it's basicly a manual(i give saturn props on that), rebuilding an engine name and and i'll don it if i don't know how to i'll study up on it then jump in! and now a frame off on the monte!

kind of a look inside(saturn auto)

pulling motors

i don't even wanna know how much i would have into our cars if i had to bring them to the shop...
