Wow that's quite the price!

You can get the G2 kit for around $40 and it's an epoxy based kit that works great!

You could probably pull yours off and get them powdercoated for around $15 a piece or so if you wanted to go that route.

Painting would deff be better than the covers like others have said & powder coat would be sweet to do & should be fairly cheap

i actually think thats a pretty good deal. by comparison, for two new front calipers and two new front brackets for my car it is $152 before tax, plus an additional $70 core charge PLUS another $30 for the guide pins and hardware kits that come with the new ones. so im already ahead there, plus the az calipers rust quickly (ask me how i know). and powder coating calipers is not that cheap, i was quoted $200 to do all four corners but decided to get all new rather than reuse my old. if you wanted to powdercoat them yourself you have to remove the seals and the pistons and carefully tape off the bore, otherwise the seals will melt and get clogged with powdercoat and wont work.

i guess what im trying to say is i think its a fair price lol

Wow that's expensive to powdercoat, I was quoted locally for $15 a piece and $10 a piece for my lowering springs.

But if that's what they're charging by you, that's not bad at all
