I change my own in the warmer months, (I dont have a garage on my property yet) In the colder months I have it done. I have a few medical issues that flare up if I am exposed to the cold for any amount of time.

Ok who
I got a few of the a/c delco's when i got my car
Have not been to the store to get another brand yet.
No I am not like another person on here that only believes OEM is the best way to go
The only reason that I got a few delco's filter was the after market guys did not have one
for a 3.9L at the time.

if you take the time and cut a fram filter in half and then a wix filter in half you will probably never buy a fram filter again, they used to be the best name in filter, but ever since the big chains wanted them for their oil change shops and said we have to sell them for this price...make it possible...the quality of fram has came way down...
I couldn't have said it any better. FRAM used to be the filter all car guys bought, but not now.
A couple years ago just cause we were curious we opened two of the $10 FRAM filters Wally World sells. Both had rust down in the filter part of them.
Who wants rust floating around inside their engine?
But I won't buy a FRAM oil filter any more.

AC Delco Ultraguard GoldThis filter appears to be a Champion Labs filter. This is not suprising given that Champion Labs also manufacturers other AC Delco filters for some european vehicles
